On March 4, 2025, we held an orientation and meeting for new students of the Global Convergence Department. The event was attended by Dr. Jongmin Lim, Chair of the Global Convergence Department, as well as full-time professor Mi-hee Park and adjunct professor Yonglim Lee. The orientation provided detailed information on the main academic schedule, including the start of classes on March 4, 2025 and March 10, 2025, as well as the procedures for visiting the Foreign Affairs Office after arriving in Korea and how to register as a foreigner. In particular, a lot of information that is essential for studying abroad was shared, such as enrollment in the National Health Insurance, stay management, and part-time employment regulations. During the meeting, students introduced themselves, shared their motivations for applying to the university, and talked honestly about their aspirations and questions about university life. Professors answered students' questions and gave them advice for a successful university life.
