Privacy Policy

NOGGLEE CREW (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws in order to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects while providing the Fuel Log service (the "Service").
In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, this Privacy Policy explains the procedures and standards for the processing of personal information and how related inquiries and complaints are handled.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information, Items Collected, and Retention Period

Personal information is not used for purposes other than those stated above. If the purpose of use changes, the Developer will obtain separate consent and take necessary measures in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Service uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob provides Google with information about events triggered by certain user attributes and ads shown to users. Based on this information, Google selects and displays advertisements that are highly relevant to users in apps that implement Google AdMob.

The Developer processes and retains personal information within the retention and usage period required by law or agreed upon at the time of collection. However, personal information may be retained until the end of the relevant period in the following cases:
While investigations or inquiries related to violations of applicable laws are ongoing
Until outstanding claims or obligations arising from service use are settled
For mandatory retention periods under applicable laws, including:
Communications Secrets Protection Act: Records of website access (3 months)
Electronic Commerce Act: Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions (5 years)
Electronic Commerce Act: Records related to payments and supply of goods (5 years)
Electronic Commerce Act: Records related to advertising and labeling (6 months)
Information and Communications Network Act: Records related to identity verification (6 months)

2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Developer processes personal information only within the scope stated in this Privacy Policy and does not provide personal information to third parties without the data subject's consent, except where permitted under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws.

3. Destruction of Personal Information

When personal information is no longer necessary due to expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of the processing purpose, the Developer destroys such information without delay.
2.
If personal information must be retained under other applicable laws despite the expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of the purpose, the information is stored separately in a different database or storage location.
3.
The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:
Procedure: Personal information subject to destruction is selected and destroyed with approval from the Developer's personal information protection officer.
Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted so that they cannot be restored. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

4. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise

Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or request suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

Requests may be submitted in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Developer will respond without delay.
3.
Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent, in which case a power of attorney in the prescribed form must be submitted.
4.
Requests for access or suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
5.
Requests for correction or deletion may be denied if the personal information is required to be retained under other applicable laws.
6.
The Developer verifies whether the requester is the data subject or a duly authorized representative.

5. Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information

The Developer takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
1.
Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans and regular staff training
2.
Technical measures: Access control and permission management for personal information processing systems, encryption of personal information, and installation and updating of security programs

6. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

7. Personal Information Protection Officer and Access Requests

The Developer designates the following personnel to oversee personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information.

Data subjects may request access to their personal information in accordance with Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act through the contact below.

8. Remedies for Infringement of Rights

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of December 23, 2025.
Any additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws or policies will be announced within the application before or after such changes take effect.
