Sponsorship application process order

Fill out the sponsorship application form
Prioritize based on form completion time

Deposit to the sponsorship account
Deposit deadline: By 11:59 AM on the day following the application date (if deposit is not made within the deadline, the application will be cancelled.)
Sponsorship Account Information: Please refer to the deposit instructions on the page when completing the form.

3.
After confirming the deposit, the management will send a confirmation text message to your contact information.
After checking the contents of the confirmation text and replying, the application is finally completed.

Regarding product delivery

Online Sponsorship: Domestic/international delivery is available.
Reserved Seat Sponsorship: Only available for on-site pickup (no courier delivery)

Admission and seating

When sponsoring a reserved seat, we will assign you a number within the zone in advance.

About refunds

•
Cancellation before 23:59 on August 16, 2024: Full refund available.
•
Cancellations made after 00:00 on August 17, 2024: Please understand that refunds are not possible.
•
When refunding, only the amount excluding remittance fees will be refunded.
•
Reserved seat sponsorship is limited to a maximum of 1 per person per DAY , and refunds will be processed in case of oversubscription.
•
Please understand that changes to participating players or sponsorship rewards may inevitably occur, and refund requests due to this cannot be accepted.
※ However, if there are any issues related to the import of seats and limited cards, we will respond separately.

We aim to give the front row seats in the section to those who apply first.

For reserved seat numbers, we will organize it later and contact you individually.

The entrance time is planned to start at 10:30, and the event is targeted to start at 12:00.

Entry is possible even after 12 o'clock, but please enter after the players have finished playing the song so as not to disturb other audience members.

Please understand that we may not be able to respond to inquiries made near the deadline.

Online sponsorship limit

There is no limit to the number of online sponsorships. You can re-write the sponsorship as many times as you wish.

Delivery Delay Notice (Added on 24. 08. 21)

Notice of delay in production of CONNECT3 limited NESiCA cards

Due to circumstances at the NESiCA production plant located in Japan,
Cards are scheduled to be sent out in early to mid-September after the event date .
We sincerely apologize for any disruption to the preparation process.
We will send it with reference to the information provided when applying for sponsorship .
Please do not worry, as the management will cover all shipping costs .
For reserved seat sponsors, other goods will be delivered on the day of the event.
For online backers, the NESiCA limited edition cards will be shipped in bulk once they arrive.
If the schedule is further postponed, we will post a new announcement on the website.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our sponsors. We ask for your understanding.
