4. User Accounts

By posting User Content, you grant Coffee on Mars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business operations.

Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will:

8. Intellectual Property

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. Reviews, recommendations, and other content posted by users represent their individual opinions and experiences, not our views or recommendations.

No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coffee on Mars, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
