However, in recent years, as automation features in design tools have advanced dramatically and AI has begun to replace parts of the design production process, I have clearly felt the limitations of the inertial, repetitive workflow I had been following. The boundaries of design, once comfortably contained within a familiar workflow, suddenly became starkly visible.
