Hi! I found the initial setup process very confusing. There was no clear step-by-step guide after signing up. I spent over an hour just trying to figure out where to start. A short, interactive tutorial or a 'getting started' checklist would be a huge help for new users.

The navigation bar is too cluttered. I use only three main sections, but I have to scroll through ten different items to find them. Consider allowing users to customize the main navigation links to improve efficiency.

When I try to upload a large file (over 50MB) through the drag-and-drop interface, the entire application freezes and sometimes crashes. I have to refresh and use the standard upload button. This is very disruptive to my workflow.😔

hi the current reporting dashboard is functional, but it would be significantly more valuable if we could export the data directly to a csv or excel file.
also, adding a custom date range filter is crucial for our monthly reviews.
