About the Role:
Craft frictionless, empathetic digital experiences as a Product Designer on our team. You'll own end-to-end journeys from concept to shipped feature.
Responsibilities:
•
Ideate, wireframe, and prototype UX flows for web and mobile apps.
•
Conduct user research and translate insights into product improvements.
•
Align design, engineering, and business priorities for holistic solutions.
•
Champion user advocacy and accessibility in every decision.
•
Iterate designs based on data and feedback through usability testing.
Requirements:
•
3+ years in UX/UI design with a focus on SaaS or enterprise apps.
•
Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
•
Ability to synthesize user needs and quickly turn ideas into testable products.
•
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bonus:
•
Experience designing for AI-powered workflows or personalization.
•
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend development.
