# About the Role:

NovaMind AI is searching for a Data Scientist passionate about transforming vast, complex datasets into actionable insights. You'll design, test, and iterate machine learning models to improve product performance and recommendations for our global customer base.

# Responsibilities:

- Build, validate, and deploy predictive models for user behavior and engagement.

- Analyze raw product, user, and system data to uncover trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering and product to prototype new features fueled by data-driven intelligence.

- Develop real-time dashboards and reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

- Help define key metrics and automate reporting processes.

# Requirements:

- 3+ years hands-on experience in data science (preferably SaaS or B2B tech).

- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, plus solid knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience with feature engineering, A/B testing, and large-scale experimentation.

- Clear communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

# Bonus:

- Familiarity with cloud tools (AWS/GCP) and data pipeline architecture.

- Prior work with recommendation or personalization systems.
