# Backend Engineer

# About the Role:

Drive reliability for millions of daily queries as a Backend Engineer at NovaMind. You'll build scalable APIs, shape our data architecture, and ensure seamless system performance.

# Responsibilities:

- Architect, implement, and maintain APIs servicing web and mobile products.

- Create and manage data pipelines supporting analytics, ML, and reporting.

- Optimize for reliability, security, and scalability in cloud-native environments.

- Participate in code reviews and champion software best practices.

- Troubleshoot production incidents swiftly and minimize downtime.

# Requirements:

- 3+ years backend development (Go, Node.js, or Python; microservices architecture).

- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD.

- Analytical problem solver and proactive communicator.

# Bonus:

- Prior work building SaaS infrastructure for high-growth companies.

- Exposure to AI/ML data workflows.
