Development of a Microbial Treatment Facility for High-Purity/High-Quality Recycling of PP/PC Single-Material Plastics
•
Key technologies: polypropylene, polycarbonate, single-material blended clothing, organic waste treatment
Repla has developed a recycling method that utilizes the selective decomposition ability of microorganisms to selectively decompose specific plastic materials, improving the purity of recycled plastics. Repla's selective decomposition microorganisms decompose 2% of foreign materials, leaving only PP/PC materials, increasing the purity of recycled plastics to 99.65%. This figure is expected to expand the scope of recycled plastic applications, meeting the quality standards required for automotive and home appliance interior materials.
We aim to commercialize the world's first microbial plastic decomposition technology and are currently discussing collaboration with domestic and international companies targeting a global market worth a total of KRW 10 trillion (Investment status: Free valuation of KRW 23 billion, raising KRW 5 billion or more)

🗑️ Innomaxine
•
MXene manufacturer utilizing industrial waste
By utilizing recycled titanium scrap or titanium oxide, the primary raw material for MXene, the company has dramatically reduced the cost of manufacturing materials. MXene, with its high electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding capabilities, is attracting attention as a future material. However, its high cost has hindered commercialization. Therefore, InnoMaxene is developing technology capable of manufacturing and mass-producing MXene from precursor to final product.

Development and mass production of PIM-based high-performance/ultra-low-power AI chips
To address the excessive power consumption of existing computing systems, we developed a high-performance, ultra-low-power AI chip based on PIM (processing-in-memory) technology, which utilizes a parallel processing method similar to the human brain. Building on this, we aim to pioneer the AI-MCU market with enhanced AI computing capabilities. Specifically, we aim to lead innovative AI technologies in on-device AI, which requires the implementation of complex computational techniques even in zero-network environments, and deep learning-based IA-driven failure analysis.
