What is the Everyone's Startup Project?
' Everyone's Startup Project ' is
For the transition to a national startup era, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and operated by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Promotion (KISTEP).
This is a nationwide startup support platform .

It officially began on March 25, 2026, with launching ceremonies held simultaneously in 17 cities and provinces nationwide.
The biggest difference from existing government startup support programs, such as the Pre-Startup Package, is that 'anyone can take on the challenge with just an idea .' It has significantly lowered the barrier to entry through a concise, idea-centered application process without complex paperwork or business plans.

Open to all prospective and re-entrepreneurs . Simple, idea-based application

Mentoring and coaching provided at over 100 operating institutions nationwide. 5,000 participants selected.

Preliminaries in 17 cities and provinces → Finals in 5 regional districts → Selection of 100 finalists 'Startup Rookies'

Providing opportunities for a second chance where failure experiences are accumulated as new assets for success.
Support Scale and Benefits
Providing up to 20 million KRW in commercialization funding in stages to 1,000 entrepreneurs participating in the audition
Final Winner (1 person): Prize money of over 1 billion KRW + Overseas exhibitions + Investment from dedicated fund
Establishment of a 50 billion won Startup Fever Fund to link follow-up growth packages to the final 100 participants

The Invention Lab Selected as Official Operating Agency (Seoul) for "Startups for Everyone"
The Invention Lab has been selected as the official operating agency for the Seoul region of the 2026 'Startup Project for All' .
As we were selected through an open call for operating organizations by the Korea Creative Content Agency, we will be responsible for providing participants with systematic training, mentoring, and follow-up support.

Characteristics of the programs fostered by The Invention Lab
The Invention Lab's incubation is designed using an 'execution-oriented 2-month observation and evaluation' method.

Problem Definition / Customer Segmentation : Clearly define the 'problem to be solved' rather than what you want to do.

MVP Scope Confirmed : Focus on the minimum unit that can be built and sold within two months.
•
Experimental Design / Metric Setting : Numerically fixing the Hypothesis–Execution–Metric–Learning loop
•
Weekly Execution Reporting : Weekly submission of results + incorporation of feedback
