Q. Can I cancel during the free trial period? A. Yes, you can cancel. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, you won't be charged. Q. Am I automatically charged after the free trial period ends? A. Yes, for monthly subscriptions, you will be automatically charged once the free trial period ends. Q. Can I have multiple free trials? A. No, you can only have one free trial. Make sure to explore Sunrise's various features during your trial period. Q. I'm an early user. How can I access the locked features? A. Early users who signed up by September 16, 2024 can access all features by simply logging in - no need to restore any purchases.

Q. How are my journals and data stored? A. Your entries are stored locally on your phone, unless you request otherwise. Why This Matters: we do not store your entries in our servers, so we cannot read them - only you can. Yes, but: some users worry about losing their entries if they either lose their phone or get a new one. For such cases, we offer multiple solutions for our premium users. Bulk Export: you can bulk export your entries as TXT file. This option is suitable for simple archiving purposes. Back Up & Restore: you can backup your entries as a JSON file in a location of your choice (Google Drive, iCloud, etc.) and then restore them in the Sunrise app on another device. This option allows you to handle your data without using our servers. Cloud Sync: you can save your entries on our servers. Your entries are secured with AES-256 encryption before storage. Only you can read them using your personal encryption key, which you can store n a location of your choice (local, Google Drive, iCloud). This option is suitable for those who value cross-platform journals, since it also automatically saves and updates your entries in real-time. About Encouraging Feedback
Q. What is Encouraging Feedback? A. Write down how you truly feel in your journal entries, then ask for emotional suport from the Sunrise team. The number of feedback requests is reset every month. Q. How are my feedbacks made? A. Feedbacks are AI-generated and human-polished. Your entries are completely anonymous. They are never used for any other purpose.
