Step-by-Step Guide to Using SunLead’s Outbound Tool:

Step 1: Begin by logging into your SunLead account and navigating to the Outbound Tool. Click on the “New Campaign” button to create a campaign.
Step 2: After clicking the “New Campaign” button, a pop-up window will show on the screen requesting for some information, including the campaign name, the target location, and the contact number. Click “Create Campaign” once all the information has been correctly entered.
Step 3: Once the campaign has been created, now an interactive map with campaign details side drawer will appear on the screen.
Step 4: From the map, choose the residence you want to send the postcard to. A modal showing the specifics of the house will show up on the screen after you select one. Now all you have to do is click the “Add To Campaign” button to add that house in the campaign. Furthermore, you are allowed to add as many houses as necessary. As of now, adding houses to the list is unrestricted.
After clicking on the “Add To Campaign” button, the campaign will get added to the list.
Step 5: Now, to see the proposal/postcard, click on the “Send Proposal button”.
Also, if you want to remove that selected address from the list then just simply click on the “Remove” button.
Step 6: When you click on the “Send Proposal” button then another modal will open just right to the campaign list modal. On that modal you can see two options to create the proposal.

Let’s assume that we are entering the number of panels to create a proposal. Click the next button located in the lower right corner of the screen after entering the number of panels.
Step 7: After clicking on the next button the proposal will be generated with all the necessary details as per the postcard template.
After verifying all the details of the proposal, click on the “Send Proposal” button. Once you click on that button the proposal will be sent from our side.
Step 8: Once the proposal will be sent from our side, you can now able to track the postcard.
Also you can schedule the next follow-ups after a particular day/s of the delivery of the postcard.
Also, you can change the template of the postcard.
