딱 대표적으로 주가 잘 안가는 케이스. 대주주는 주식을 증여하려면 주가가 낮아야함.
그렇다고 이게 저 대표가 잘못한거냐? 하면 그렇진않음. 불법을 한건 아니니까.
그의 입장에서 욕좀 먹고 가장 효율적인 방법을 택했을 뿐.
이렇게 못하게 제도적인 개선이 분명 필요함.
