0. Getting Started

Step 1. Account Creation

1.
Access order.spavy.com from a web browser.
2.
Click the “Create Account” button.
3.
Enter email, password, and other required information to sign up.
4.
Verify your email and check the confirmation mail for your Product Code.

Step 2. Admin Setup

After logging in with the Admin account, configure the initial environment.
1.
License: In the bottom left corner, go to ‘admin’ > Product Keys and Activation, enter your product key, and confirm that the status changes to Activated.
2.
User: Register users from Register User.
3.
Project: Create a new project.
4.
Access Control: Grant project access rights by selecting a registered user.

Step 3. User Overview

Sync / Studio / Browser

The Spavy workspace is divided into three areas: Sync, Studio, and Browser.
• Sync: A space for uploading various data formats (PCD, 3D Model, IFC, RVT, DWG, etc.).
• Studio: A space for spatial editing, such as grid setup, datum creation, scale adjustment, and merging (Transform) based on uploaded data.
• Browser: A space to view uploaded data in the 3D Viewer and use collaboration features such as Action Tree and List.
※ Spavy runs on a personal PC as the server. When the PC is turned off, the server is also stopped.
