JC-D7/** JC-D8 **demonstrate high selectivity for the labeling of polyP that was not sensitive to a number of ubiquitous organic polyphosphates, notably RNA. Use of these probes allowed us to demonstrate the real time detection of polyP release from lysosomes in live cells.

Mitochondrially targeted GFP-labeled exopolyphosphatase (mgPPX) overexpression leads to increase activity of the enzyme and therefore to a decreased levels of polyphosphate in GFP-positive mitochondria. (B, inset) colocalization profile taken along the arrow showing that GFP and **JC-D8** signal do not significantly overlap.

■ **Storage**
① Delivery: Room Temperature
② Dried compound: 4°C or -20°C
③ Compound solution: 4°C or -20°C

■ **General Use Guide**

- More than 1/100 dilution of 10mM of DMSO stock solution is essential

- For biomedical use to avoid DMSO concentration higher than 1%.

- Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator.

- It is recommended to use up the buffer diluted solution within one day. The compound may be decomposed or
- precipitated out from buffer solution.
