# **How to Use SENPRO’s Probes?**

**Q1. How do I order SENPRO probes?

**Q2. What is the quantity and concentration of the probe?**

A2. Unless otherwise noted, all the **Senpro** **probe** and **Phoenix Flour** packages contain **100 nmol** in dried form, which is equivalent to 1 mM / 100 µL when reconstituted.

**Q3. How do I prepare the probe for use?**
A3. Prepare a 1 mM stock solution in DMSO. For live-cell applications, always dilute at least 1:100 in the culture medium before use.

**Q4. How should I store SENPRO probes?**
A4.

- **Dried compound**: Store at 4 °C or -20 °C.

**- DMSO stock solution**: after aliquoting, store at -20 °C or  -80 °C.

- **After dilution in aqueous media**: use up within a day.
