**AGO** (Advanced Glycation end-products Orange) is an AGE-selective probe with higher selectivity and sensitivity than conventional methods, allowing effective visualization of AGEs accumulation in a collagen ECM model. It has a BODIPY-based structure with a meta-phenoxybenzyl substituent and exhibits fluorescence at Excitation 490 nm / Emission 570 nm. **AGO** is designed for in vitro use, specifically for detecting AGEs in extracellular matrix (ECM) models. The meta-phenoxybenzyl moiety facilitates non-covalent interactions with Schiff bases and Amadori products, ensuring AGEs-specific binding. AGO has been validated through in vitro glycation models, including BSA-Ribose and collagen ECM systems, demonstrating its strong selectivity for AGEs.

AGO selectivity to AGEs derived from the collagen model. The collagen model was utilized to confirm the selectivity of AGO. The fabricated collagen was incubated with 500 mM ribose for 1 week to form the glycation. The collagen hydrogel was stained using an anti-collagen I antibody, and then stained using (A)** AGN** (negative control) and (B) AGO.

■ **General Use Guide**

- More than 1/100 dilution of 10mM of DMSO stock solution is essential

- For biomedical use to avoid DMSO concentration higher than 1%.

- Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator.

- It is recommended to use up the buffer diluted solution within one day. The compound may be decomposed or
- precipitated out from buffer solution.
