**BNM490 stains Golgi in live cell**. 

BNM490 (2 µM) was treated with of Mitotracker TM Green (0.5 µM) in U2OS and incubated at 37 ºC for 1 hr. Mito tracker green (green) is excited at 490 nm and emitted at 525 nm and BNM490 (red) is excited at 490 nm and emitted at 605 nm. The nuclei (blue) was stained with DAPI. The images were taken using Nikon Ti microscopy with 100 objective lens.
