- Attempts to purchase, acquire, or exchange to acquire another person's account, or to arrange for another person to do so;
- Taking other people's accounts by deceiving others
- Creating a large number of accounts that cannot be viewed as a normal service use or repetitive account creation and withdrawal

- Installing or distributing programs such as malicious codes or viruses to hinder the use of the service

- Registering content or participating in voting by exploiting system vulnerabilities

Article 4 (Restriction on Use)
- If a member violates related laws, terms of use, operation policy, etc., the company may restrict the member's account and service use.

However, if there is an explicit illegal act or urgent danger or damage blocking is required, the use may be immediately and permanently restricted.
