Slashpage uses cookies to provide and operate sites. Necessary cookies are used for service purposes such as login, security, site loading, Slashpage internal app logger visitor and usage logs, and saving cookie choices. Analytics cookies include Slashpage's own Firebase Analytics and site-owner Google Analytics. Marketing cookies are used for external ad tools such as Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only when the visitor allows them, and in some regions they remain disabled until explicit consent is given.
Cookie choices are stored per site or policy scope. If cookies are deleted or blocked in the browser, some features may be limited.

Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help Slashpage aggregate page views, traffic sources, usage flows, and feature usage so the product and site experience can be improved. They may include Slashpage's own Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics configured by the site owner.
| Cookie name | Provider | Duration | Domain | Purpose | Condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Set by Google configuration | Current site domain and Google domains, depending on Google configuration | Measures visitor counts, page views, traffic sources, and usage flows for a site-owner Google Analytics property. If the GA property is linked to Google Ads, Google settings may connect this data with ad measurement. | Used when analytics cookies are allowed. Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used to measure ad performance, conversions, and retargeting for external ad tools. The marketing tools currently described in Slashpage cookie settings are Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight.
| Cookie name | Provider | Duration | Domain | Purpose | Condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
_fbp, _fbc, fr | Meta | Set by Meta configuration | Current site domain and Meta domains, depending on Meta configuration | Measures ad performance, conversions, and retargeting activity for Meta Pixel-enabled sites. | Used when marketing cookies are allowed. Disabled when a GPC signal is detected. |
Google Consent Mode
When a site uses Google tags, Slashpage sends analytics and marketing consent choices to Google Consent Mode. Analytics consent controls analytics_storage, and marketing consent controls ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization. Before consent is granted, Google tags may receive limited cookieless pings and consent status signals, but analytics and advertising cookie storage remains denied.
Google Consent Mode is not a cookie itself. It is a way to send consent status to Google tags.
Regional Approach
Default cookie choices may differ depending on the visitor's country and browser privacy signals.
| Region | Approach |
|---|---|
| EU/EEA/UK, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Mexico | Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after the visitor consents, except for necessary cookies. |
| United States | Slashpage reflects opt-out signals such as sale or sharing opt-outs and GPC. If GPC is detected, marketing cookies are disabled. |
| Other regions | Slashpage provides a cookie notice and setting controls, and stores the visitor's choices per site. |
GPC
GPC (Global Privacy Control) is a privacy signal sent by a browser or extension to websites. When a visitor enables GPC, Slashpage treats it as a signal to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. When GPC is detected, marketing cookies are disabled, while necessary cookies required to provide the service continue to be used.
