Dear members of the Busan Rotary Club,
Thanks to the generosity and active participation of our members throughout 2024-25, our club was able to make a meaningful difference in our community.
We are pleased to report the following key service projects that were successfully completed thanks to the dedication of our members.
1. Sharing activities with the local community
We practiced warm sharing to directly contribute to the lives of our neighbors.

Food donations to low-income families (October)

Content: Food support for low-income neighbors in Jung-gu Office as part of the Earth Subsidy Project.
◦
Amount: 2,000,000 won
2. Joint service in one region for solidarity and cooperation
We have contributed by creating greater synergy through solidarity with regional clubs.

Sponsorship of Sharing Bread of Love (November)
◦
Content: Participating in a project to deliver bread to the underprivileged in cooperation with the Busan Red Cross.
◦
Amount: 4,000,000 won

Love Home Repair Sponsorship (November)
◦
Content: Home repair support for the family of Park ○○, a student at Songdo Elementary School who lives in a poor living environment.
◦
Amount: 3,000,000 won
3. 90th Anniversary Commemorative Events that Shine the Club's History (April)
To celebrate the club's 90th anniversary, we carried out meaningful volunteer work to practice sharing on a larger scale in the community.

Support for the North Korean Defectors' One Heart Festival: 5,000,000 won
•
Kimchi donation to low-income families in Jung-gu Office: 5,000,000 won
•
Total business amount: 10,000,000 won
4. Scholarship Program for Future Generations
We consistently support the future leaders of Busan through annual scholarships so that they can focus on their studies.
•
KR Scholarship Foundation Scholarship: KRW 2,000,000 per year
•
Earth Scholarship Foundation Scholarship: KRW 4,200,000 per year
Through the projects reported above, a total of 25.2 million won in donations was delivered to our neighbors and future generations.
All of this was possible thanks to the invaluable dedication and participation of each and every member. Going forward, the Busan Rotary Club will continue to practice the spirit of "service above self" and continue its activities to be a light in the community.
