# Tomorrow Never Comes: The Risks of Procrastination for Adolescent Health

This research paper has high credibility and high impact factors in published group. Also the topic was closely related with my own theme in research paper. The main topic of the paper is finding several impacts of procrastination in adolescents and the reason in why do adolescent procrastination's higher than others. 

The writer claimed that procrastination is highly due to the failure in self emotional regulation. Low ability in self regulation in emotions, not being able to control negative emotions in brain, forms anxiety and depression which result in entering a cycle of procrastination as other numerous researches explained. 

The second main point of the paper was the effects of procrastination due to such regulation deprived through health. There was 4 main points each were addiction in media, bedtime procrastination, academic procrastination, and COVID pandemic. Since adolescent in this period weren't having enough development in the brain sections, the sensation seeking is reaching it's peak point. 

Lastly they mentioned importance of motivations and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as methods in curing procrastination and improve self regulation. 

The paper was closely related with my theme of the paper because we are both arguing in factors stimulate adolescents procrastination .
