After adding records to the collection, when I try to add more, all the checkboxes of the previously selected records are unchecked and I have to start over from the beginning. After repeatedly retrying, it is now fine and the checkboxes are maintained. Please check.

I paid for a subscription, but it doesn't work.
So when I click Subscribe again, it says that the subscription is already completed, like in the second picture.

I am using a Kakao linked account. I recently changed my Kakao email, so I logged out of repov and logged back in to Kakao, and a new account was created.
The previously used account nickname is 'Dimsupyeon' and the newly created account nickname is 'VIEW-310EC0DF'. The 'Dimsupyeon' account appears to still exist, but it is currently inaccessible.
Is there any way to access the 'Dimsu-pyeon' account again, such as by recovering the existing account information or updating the linked Kakao account information?

I contacted you a week ago about the situation where I can't log in to my existing account after changing my Kakao email. I'm writing again because you only left a response and didn't give me a separate answer.
Looking through the logs, it seems that there are many users who have been experiencing the same problem as me for quite some time. I understand that it is difficult for the development team to respond to each and every post, but since it is impossible to access the account, I would like you to provide at least some guidance, such as a plan to take action or that recovery is difficult.
I hope you understand that it is very disappointing that repov contains records and memories from the past and is being neglected like this.
