The alarm doesn't ring

SuperAlarm team is doing its best to ensure that the alarm app works stably and reliably.
If your alarm doesn't ring, please check the following checklist
1. Please don't terminate Super Alarm
For SuperAlarm to function properly, the app needs to be maintained in the background.
Please don't force close SuperAlarm from the app switcher screen.
2. Please allow Focus mode notifications.
Are you using Sleep mode or other Focus modes that automatically turn on when you sleep?
Please add SuperAlarm to the notification allowlist so that the alarm can ring normally even during Focus mode.
* Configuring Focus mode: Settings - Focus - Select a focus mode to configure - Allow notifications - Add SuperAlarm to 'Allow Notifications From' list
3. Before going to bed, please turn off silent mode
SuperAlarm is designed to work even in silent mode by default, but there's a small chance it may not ring in silent mode.
If you turn off silent mode before going to bed, you can use it more reliably.
Please turn up the volume sufficiently so that you can hear the ringtone well.
4. Please check for system updates and app updates in advance
If a system update or app update occurs while you're sleeping, the alarm may not ring.
For stable operation, it's recommended to turn off automatic updates in settings or update in advance before going to bed.
* Turning off system automatic updates: Settings - General - Software Update - Automatic Updates - Turn off 'iOS Updates'
* Turning off app automatic updates: Settings - App Store - Automatic Downloads - Turn off 'App Updates'
