1. The alarm doesn't work properly(iOS 26)
As of version 3.0, SuperAlarm officially supports iOS 26. Since iOS 26 introduces significant changes related to alarms, SuperAlarm may still experience some issues. Our team considers this a top priority and is working hard to ensure the app functions flawlessly.
If you encounter a bug, please report it through the in-app Help Center. Providing detailed explanations along with screenshots or screen recordings will be very helpful for our team.
In urgent cases, such as when an alarm cannot be turned off, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which usually resolves most issues immediately. Your Pro membership will not be affected by uninstalling the app.
2. The alarm doesn't ring(iOS 18 or 17)
SuperAlarm team is doing its best to ensure that the alarm app works stably and reliably. If your alarm doesn't ring, please check the following checklist.
In addition, starting with iOS 26, alarms work more reliably without any complicated setup. If you’re still using an older version of iOS, we recommend updating your system.
A. Please don't terminate SuperAlarm
For SuperAlarm to function properly, the app needs to be maintained in the background. Please don't force close SuperAlarm from the app switcher screen.
B. Please Configure Sleep Mode
Step 1. Please set your sleep schedule in the default Health app and make sure Sleep Focus is activated during that time.
Step 2. Please allow SuperAlarm notifications during Sleep Mode.
To ensure the alarm works properly even in Sleep Mode, please add SuperAlarm to the list of allowed notifications.
Step 3. Please set it so that silent mode is turned off when entering sleep mode
If you follow the instructions above, other apps won’t disturb your sleep during the scheduled time, but SuperAlarm will be able to bypass system restrictions and play alarm sounds.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can unsubscribe from your membership or free trial at any time.
Please follow the steps below:

Go to Apple Account → Subscriptions menu

Then you will be able to cancel your subscription
4. I want to get a refund
Due to Apple's policy, refunds must be requested through Apple's website.
