Actualmente estoy usando su servicio de traducción y he notado que, aunque tengo 4 créditos en mi cuenta, solo puedo traducir hasta 1 minuto de video a la vez. Quería traducir un vídeo más largo (más de 1 minuto), pero el sistema no lo permite.
¿Podrías aclararme por favor?

¿Existe un límite estricto de 1 minuto por traducción, incluso si tengo créditos suficientes para más?
2.
Si actualizo a un plan pago, ¿podré traducir videos más largos de una sola vez?
3.
¿Existen soluciones alternativas o recomendaciones para traducir vídeos de más de 1 minuto de duración?

I’m currently using your translation service and I’ve noticed that even though I have 4 credits in my account, I’m only able to translate up to 1 minute of video at a time. I wanted to translate a longer video (more than 1 minute), but the system doesn’t allow it.

As long as you have available credits, you're free to translate and dub the entire video.
If you're experiencing an issue where translation doesn't proceed for over a minute, it may be due to a temporary system error or a problem specific to the video file.
To help us assist you more quickly, please share the video details or a screenshot of the issue.

Additionally, by upgrading to a paid plan, you can translate longer videos more reliably and unlock premium features such as lip-syncing.
