Dear Personal.ai Support Team,
I am writing again to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the "unlimited video dubbing" plan I purchased on [Date of Purchase]. Despite your service being advertised as "unlimited" and paying for this premium feature, I am continuously facing severe and inconsistent daily usage limits.
On [Date of First Video, e.g., yesterday/first day], I was only able to dub 8 videos (each 10 minutes long). Today, [Current Date, e.g., July 12, 2025], I have only been able to dub 5 videos (each 10 minutes long) before receiving the "Usage Notice" stating that my daily limit has been exhausted. This is completely unacceptable and a clear contradiction to your "unlimited" promise.
This inconsistent and unannounced daily limit makes it impossible for me to plan my content creation and fully utilize the service I have paid for. Nowhere on your entire website or in the plan details is there any mention of a daily usage limit. This constitutes:

Misleading Advertising: Advertising an "unlimited" service while imposing hidden and variable daily restrictions is a deceptive trade practice.
2.
Breach of Contract: The service provided does not match the clear terms advertised at the time of purchase.
3.
Lack of Transparency & Customer Support: Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team via chat and email since [Date of first contact], I have received absolutely no satisfactory response or resolution. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Either provide the truly "unlimited" video dubbing service as advertised, or process a full refund for my purchase without any further delay.
Please be advised that if this issue is not rectified and I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be compelled to take the following actions:
File a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum / National Consumer Helpline (NCH) in India for deceptive trade practices and deficiency of service.
Initiate a chargeback request with my bank/payment provider, citing fraudulent representation and non-delivery of the advertised service.
Publicly share my negative experience on all relevant social media platforms and online review sites to alert other potential customers about your misleading practices.
I expect a prompt and effective solution.
