I do not draw men, children, animals, or various complex techniques.
Fines
Fines only apply if you do not warn about delays in advance. Discounts do not apply to fines.
If you do not respond within 7 days, then a 3% penalty applies for each day.
3 days are given for payment. In case of delay, a penalty of 1% applies for each day of non-payment of payment.
Example
The total cost of the order is 20 usd. There were cases when the answer was given after 11 days and the next one after 10 days. Payment was made only after 14 days. The delays were not announced in advance.
