Here’s a quick guide to ingress and Operations will work at the Niche Space
Ingress Guidelines
•
A confirmation email or reply will be sent to you regarding your preferred date or you may refer to the ingress schedule.
•
Ingress can be done within the store hours of 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. On the day of your ingress, kindly confirm the time of arrival.
•
Should you have a change in schedule, kindly inform us via IG DM at least a day before your scheduled ingress date.
•
Placement of artist is in each shelf is based on the timestamp during the reservation period.
•
Kindly ensure that the following items are ready upon turn-over

Inventory & Pricelist Sheet
◦
QR Code (Mandatory)
◦
Any bulky items or backstock in a small megabox for safekeeping
Operations Guidelines
•
As mentioned in the contract, all payments will be digital. Niche will not be accepting cash payments or if any cash payments are made, it will be turned over to you via QR by end of the day.
•
All sales are tallied in your Inventory & Pricelist Sheet for easier reference
•
For restocks, kindly let us know at least 1 day in advance via DM to schedule - An updated inventory or price list is needed to be resubmitted during the restock
•
Please ensure that your displays are filled or restocked regularly or within your rental period.
