Grammarly claims to have doubled its key metrics, including users, revenue, and team members, every year since its initial launch in 2008.
Grammarly has been changing business in some very interesting ways.
It started as a model that provided services to only businesses for a full fee, then changed to a B2C free-trial model, and only recently expanded to the B2C freemium model that we know. This is a complete reversal from most companies that start with a partial fee. It is a superstition that if you start monetizing too quickly, you will not grow.
