I take commisions by slots. If slots are full, you can join the waitlist/reserve a spot - I'll move your order to the next available slot when one opens up. I will let you know approximately how long it will take so that you know whether you are willing to wait. I may refuse a request without providing a reason. I will contact you **within 7 days**. Files will be delivered via Mega.nz, Discord or Telegram. ## Pricing The price is determined in advance. Once we have agreed on everything, you can make the payment. [View prices](https://slashpage.com/korusakku/qpv5x427xj178mkyn3dw) ## Payment, Fines, Refunds Since PayPal, Patreon and other convenient payment and donation services do not work in my country, I accept payment via **Boosty **/ **Hipolink **or** Crypto**. - Payment must be made within **5** **days **of our agreement. If you have any good reason not to pay yet, you must notify me of this. - Late fee of **1% per day** applies after **5 days**. After **14 days** the commission may be cancelled, and the slot given to the next client. - All payments are final. Due to high payment processing fees in my country, refunds are generally not possible. ## Restrictions in the artwork [IMPORTANT] - I do not draw men, furry, guro, mecha, R18 content involving minors, futanari, femboys, and certain questionable fetishes.. Not my aesthetic... - I also do not draw other people's styles and complex detailed backgrounds/character poses (ask about it in advance), as they are not my strong suit. ## Workflow & Edits I will start drawing after a **50%** prepayment. You pay the remaining **50%** after seeing the sketch. You can pay **100%** upfront if you'd like. Stages of the commission: **Discussion** → **50% payment** → **sketch** → **possible edits/approval of the sketch** → **50% payment **→ **WIP** → **final work/possible simple edit/color**. You have **3 free** edits only at the sketch stage. All subsequent edits are **$4**. At the end of the work, I can only adjust the colors, blur, etc. You do not have to pay for edits due to my carelessness (if I made a mistake and drew something wrong, as it was originally intended). Major changes after sketch approval (a completely new pose, character design, composition) will be treated as a new commission or charged additionally. To avoid burnout, I may work on personal pieces in parallel with your commission. So if you see me posting other artworks on my social media while your commission is taking a while to update - it just means I'm taking a short break from it to stay motivated. Canvas size: My standard working size is approximately **1000–2400 pixels** **on the longer side**. ## Deadlines & Queue Estimated turnaround: **up to 50 days **(business days). I do not draw on Saturday and Sunday as I have the day off. Weekends are not counted toward the deadline. Rush commissions / priority slots are not available. I do not accept rush fees or any form of payment to move your commission ahead in the queue. ## Additional - Additional character +90% of character's price. - Additional version (NSFW ver., other outfit, etc) +50% of character's price. - Separate prepared layers (VTube model, animation) + 35% of character's price. - Complex/detailed clothing +10% of the character's price. - Commercial use +50% of the character's price. - Simple background is free (gradient, patterns etc). Detailed or complex backgrounds are not available. - I also draw YCH, but the prices are cheaper (by about 10-20%) for the reason that I initially set the composition and pose of the character myself. I only draw my own YCH templates, not other people's (but at the moment I do not have them, they will appear in the future). - ## References Having references for your character is highly recommended to avoid confusion in character appearance, which often occurs. ## Copyright & Usage rights - I (the artist) always keep full ownership and all rights to the artwork. Copyright remains mine forever. - By paying for the commission, you get a license for personal use only. - This means you can: set it as your profile picture, banner, wallpaper, share it on social media (crediting @korusakku is nice but not required), print or make small personal items (like phone cases, keychains, stickers, posters, etc.). You may NOT do the following: - Use the artwork to make money (merch, monetized YouTube/Patreon, ads, VTuber assets for profit, etc.). - Resell, license, or transfer the artwork to anyone else. If you pay a +50% commercial fee (agreed upon in advance), you will receive permission for commercial use, as we discussed, but I still own the copyright and can display the artwork in my portfolio. ## Posting of commissions Finished commissions are not posted on my social media accounts or public gallery. This helps protect the privacy of personal characters (OC) and keeps my profile focused on my own artworks. Perhaps later I will create another account where I will post commissions. ## Client conduct Rude, harassing, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund and blacklisting. ## Changes to ToS These terms may be updated at any time. Existing commissions are governed by the terms in effect at the time of agreement/payment. **English is not my first language. Be prepared for questions if there is any misunderstanding between us.
