# 고용보험 자격 이력 내역서

Some companies can request this document from new hires during the onboarding stage.

### What the document looks like:

고용보험 자격 이력 내역서_example.pdf

### How to get the document:

1. Go to 근로복지공단 고용·산재보험 토탈서비스(WEB).

- First I tried to get the document on the 정부24 site. But for some reason I only got a blank document. So after searching on naver blogs, I found the above website where I could get the right document.

2. Click `**로그인**` (login) in the top right corner.

3. Scroll down and under 개인 (Individual), select the `**근로자(일반, 산재, 노무제공자, 예술인)**` option.

4. Type in your `**주민등록번호**` (residence number) and accept the terms.

5. Choose your identity verification. I personally always use the 간편인증서 → Kakaotalk option.

6. Toggle open 증명원 신청/발급 → Select 증명원 신청/발급 → Click `**고용-신재보험 자격 이력 내역서**`.

7. Select `**고용**` as the 보험구분 (Type of insurance), select `**상용**` as the 조회구분 (Type of filter), and click `**조회**`. Your past employment insurance enrollment history will show up.

> **What does the other stuff mean?**

- The other option, **산재보험**, refers to occupational health and safety insurance. Choose the right option depending on what your employer requested.

- **상용** refers to full time jobs.

- **일용** refers to short term/part-time jobs.

8. Scroll down and click on `**신청**` next to the 고용/산재보험 자격 이력 내역서 (고용/산재보험에 가입되었던 **전체 이력** 인쇄). You can also select the companies that you want to display in the document. However, from my research online, usually they employers want to check the full history. Always confirm with your new employer in case you are unsure.

9. Click 증명원 출력 to download the PDF file.
