The US President Donald Trump has formally moved to dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which has provided billions of dollars in aid to millions worldwide. The remaining employees will be terminated, as Trump believes the operations do not align with his administration's priorities. Shortly after taking office in January, President Trump signed an executive order temporarily freezing US foreign aid for 90 days. USAID was established by Congress in 1961. (Crime Alerts)
