# Mother Dies Trying To Get Help

Mother of three goes to the hospital for a broken leg; subsequently leaves in a body bag.

She is 42-year-old Dahalia Worrell of Waterhole, Cocorite.

She endured immense suffering before her death, even as she was repeatedly sent between the St. James Medical Facility and the Port of Spain General Hospital.

That should have never happened to a mother with no history of medical illness.
