# Missing Defence Force Soldier's Body Washes Ashore

Missing Defence Force soldier's body washes ashore at Maracas Bay.

Keith Pearson, aka Pompey, is believed to have drowned at Maracas Beach on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025.

Pearson's body wash ashore just before 7 a.m. on Friday, April 4th, 2025.

He was assigned to the TTDF's Mortar Unit.
