It's easy to forget that design isn't for interfaces — it's for people.

Every click, scroll, and hesitation comes from a real person trying to make sense of something.

When I design, I try to imagine that person — what they might feel, what they might expect, and what might confuse them.

The more I empathize with users as humans, not "users," the better the product becomes.
