# Berry Jam

| Lemon juice | 15 |
| Water | 15 |
| OPTIONAL: Cinnamon powder | 1 |
| OPTIONAL: Xanthan gum | 1 |
| OPTIONAL: Gelatine | 2 |

# Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a pan and stir until blueberries are thawed and lightly mashed.

- If using either xanthan gum or gelatine, just use one of them.

2. After simmering for 5 minutes, pour the jam into a container while it's hot.

# Tips

- Strawberry standalone products aren't recommended. Its net carbs are higher than other berries.

- If you use Korean strawberries I'm gonna cry. Those are pretty much strawberry shaped sugar bombs.
