# Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the coke and mix well.

3. Add the coke to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

    1. The batter will be very thin. This is normal.

4. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined pan.

5. Bake for 25 minutes.

6. Allow to cool completely before cutting.

    1. For best results, refrigerate overnight.

# Tips

- You can make a big premix beforehand. Total weight of powders is 219.5g per batch.

- For **air friers**, try baking at 160°C (320°F), but check frequently to prevent burning.

- You can substitute 18g of coconut flour for the almond flour.

- Feel free to add various toppings to your liking.
