The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord will come upon you.
He will delight in the fear of the LORD.
He does not judge by what he sees with his eyes, nor decide by what he hears with his ears.
He will judge the poor with justice and decide with equity for the meek of the earth.
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and he will kill the wicked with the breath of his lips.
Justice will be the belt around his waist, and faithfulness the belt around his waist.
At that time the wolf will live with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat.
The calf, the young lion, and the fattened calf together, led by a little child.
The cow and the bear will feed together, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
The nursing child will play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper's den.
They will not harm or destroy in all my holy mountain.
For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
On that day a shoot from the root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples.
