Regional Manager, South Asia + Product Manager, Platforms

As the Regional Manager I lead the community engagement, partnerships, hackathons across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Maldives. I manage a team of local Ambassadors from about 15 cities in this region with a community reach of more than 95,000.
As part of this role, I also work on strategies to engage with the developer communities in all these cities, increase women participation in the events, empowering community members with the best quality tools, mentorship, workshops available in this region. The strategies include building online and offline communities in all these cities individually and engaging them not just on the Social Media channels but also through Meetups, Workshops and Bootcamps.
2019 Global Series: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Maldives and a Virtual Hackathon.
