These days, we see the word facilitation a lot. As various external activities and personal branding become more important, it seems that these types of activities and roles are in high demand, so I've tried to organize them simply.

Added: If you need the workbook materials (PDF) for each facilitation activity, please leave your email address in the comments by June 30, 2023 and I will send it to you all at once. Thank you.
Facilitation
Facilitation means 'making it easy' and refers to the process of facilitating and coordinating the group's collaborative work. In this process, you can collect various perspectives and ideas, and lead to a consensus in the group, and it can be used in various group activities such as meetings, workshops, team building, and learning sessions.
What is a Facilitator?
The facilitator's role is to coordinate the group's decision-making process, manage conflict, and facilitate communication.
A facilitator is a person who leads the group while maintaining a neutral position, and his or her main activity is to help participants understand and allow everyone to speak.
This allows the group to produce more effective results and allows participants to better understand each other's opinions in the process.
