This paper addresses the risks associated with the increasing social influence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and proposes an evaluation method for trustworthy AI. The complexity and capabilities of AI systems have led to an increasing dependence on technologies that operate beyond direct human supervision or understanding, and various theoretical tools and guidelines have been developed to mitigate this risk. However, existing guidelines provide a holistic view but lack the technology to quantify trustworthiness, and technical tools are advantageous for quantification but lack a holistic view. Therefore, this paper proposes an evaluation method that combines the ethical components of trustworthy AI and the algorithmic process by utilizing the PageRank and TrustRank algorithms, thereby providing quantitative insight into the trustworthiness of AI systems and enabling objective evaluation.
