Various experiments using agents powered by LLMs

Haebom
There was a lot of interest in a previous experiment at Carnegie Mellon that gave game characters personality and behavioral patterns using LLMs and watched them interact. Now, a paper presenting a very similar experiment has just been published.
This paper presents a general conceptual framework for LLM-based agents, covering aspects like brain, perception, and behavior, and what's important is that it can be adapted for a range of applications. Interestingly, most of the authors are from Mihoyo, a game company known for their hit games like Honkai Impact 3 and Genshin Impact, which are quite popular in Korea. Mihoyo is recognized for its outstanding development skill and entertainment sense.
Potential of LLM-Based Agents: Could LLMs become a promising foundation for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)?
LLM-Based Agents in Games: In games, especially those with NPCs or PVE elements, what kinds of roles could these agents play?
Diverse Applications: In which industries or fields might LLM-based agents have the most significant impact?
