Kkochi Coach is for those who are transitioning from junior to senior, from practitioner to leader, or considering the next direction of their career.
This is a 1:1 coaching that helps you accurately understand your current position and make your own choices.

Initially, it was an informal consultation conducted at the request of acquaintances, but I heard many times that "this should go beyond personal help and become a service." Each person's concerns were addressed one by one.
Ultimately, the process of creating one's own direction is like making a skewer, so I named it this.
So, this is Kkochi Coach. So far, over 100 people have been coached through this program. After meeting 100+ people through coaching, I felt a variety of emotions myself through this brief review.

How does it work?

Participation Criteria Guide (Important)
Rather than offering counseling to anyone, Kkochi Coach aims to provide coaching that begins with a certain level of shared context.
Accordingly, the current "Kkochi Coach" program is limited to subscribers to my YouTube channel . This is a choice I made to foster deeper conversations with those who already share a certain level of awareness and perspective through my content.
I believe that meetings without any preparation are not beneficial to either party. This criterion isn't a barrier to selection, but rather a minimal mechanism to start the conversation from the same starting point.
