What is Skewered Coach?
Everyone has the potential to grow. From juniors to seniors, team leaders to executives, I support you to realize your goals and achieve your dreams. A skewer coach helps you realize your potential, set goals, and ultimately achieve those goals. Rather than talking about theories and abstract, idealistic stories, we aim to talk about more fundamental methods and practical solutions.
In particular, we can provide practical help to those who are building their careers in the IT, marketing, and product fields.
Originally, I was doing it in the form of providing consultation and assistance through personal introduction, but recently, with the support of various friends who asked me to try this as a service, I created an application page like this. I came up with the name because I thought the method of listening to people's concerns, proposing solutions, thinking about them with sincerity, and connecting each story was like making skewers.
Who do you think you are?
Hello. This is Haebom. I started my career in digital marketing and gained 10 years of diverse experience as a development PM and product manager.
He worked as a digital marketing, business development, and project manager at various organizations such as Reckitt Beckinger, Nexon Korea, and Hanwha Financial Group, and until recently worked as a product manager at Kakao Brain.
There were many trials and errors and concerns during my career journey over the past 10 years, but thanks to the advice of good mentors, I was able to overcome the difficulties and grow. Based on what I learned in the process, I have been providing counseling and advice to people around me, and now I want to develop it into a more systematic coaching service.

How does it work?
Basically, it is conducted offline and is held near Pangyo Station (Shinbundang Line). The location will not change unless there is a major issue.
If you fill out the application, we will contact you 1:1 and provide coaching over a meal or coffee. I will cover the cost of the meal and dessert.
Coaching is conducted twice a month for a total of 3 months, and takes approximately 2 to 3 hours per session. If necessary, online coaching using Zoom is also possible.
We create and share documents based on conversations we had during coaching, and provide additional materials and advice through the Kakao Channel.
