    사실 리스 형태가 서로에게 좋긴 한데 한국의 집값 안정화 이슈와 인구 감소 그리고 공급초과, 이미 고여버린 전세시장이라는 대환장파티

    말씀하신 인구감소와 노동시장을 위한 외국인 유입이 증가로 인해 아무래도 그들이 익숙한 월세 수요자가 늘어날 것 같다고 생각이 들어요. (외노자 10년차...의 고충)
