概要
本論文では、従来のオフライン模倣学習(IL)方法がデモデータの速度でのみ作業を実行する限界を克服し、デモよりも速い速度で視覚運動ポリシーを実行するという問題を提起します。ロボット力学と状態 - 行動分布の変化の根本的な問題を明らかにし、これを解決するために、Sail(Speed Adaptation for Imitation Learning)システムを提案します。 SAILは、一貫性を維持する行動推論アルゴリズム、コントローラの不変運動目標の高精度追跡、運動複雑度に基づく適応的な速度調整、実際のシステム遅延を処理するための行動スケジューリングなど、4つのコンポーネントで構成されています。シミュレーションと2つの実際のロボットプラットフォームで12種類の作業を行った実験の結果、SAILはシミュレーションで最大4倍、実際の環境で最大3.2倍の速度向上を達成しました。
