概要
本論文は、医療画像報告書生成(RRG)に大規模言語モデル(LLM)を適用する際に、病理学的および解剖学的特徴を正確にテキスト記述にマッピングすることの難しさと意味論的に無関係な特徴抽出による正確な診断報告書生成の難しさを解決するために、Medical Concept Aligned Radiology Report Generation(MCA-RG)フレーム。 MCA-RGは、病理関連の知識を含む病理銀行と解剖学的説明を含む解剖学銀行という2つのキュレーションされた概念銀行を活用して、視覚的特徴を個々の医療概念と明示的に整列させ、解剖学的特徴の一般化を改善するための解剖学ベースの対照学習手順と臨床的に関連する領域を優先するための病理学的特徴について。また、低品質の概念的特徴をフィルタリングするための特徴的ゲーティングメカニズムを使用し、個々の医療概念に対応する視覚的特徴を活用してレポート生成プロセスを案内する。 MIMIC-CXRとCheXpert Plusの2つのオープンベンチマークの実験は、MCA-RGが優れた性能を達成することを示しています。
