Outline

This paper introduces group intention, a shared goal expressed through the actions of multiple individuals within a group. It then proposes Group Intention Forecasting (GIF), a novel task that analyzes individual actions and interactions to predict the timing of group intention before it emerges. To achieve this, we build a large-scale dataset, SHOT, utilizing basketball game videos. We then propose a GIFT framework for GIFs, demonstrating its effectiveness through experiments.
