Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the easyrentlist app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), created by Park Jian (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read and understand these Terms carefully before using the Application. It is strictly prohibited to copy or modify the Application or any part of it, or the trademarks of the Service Provider, without authorization. Attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are also not allowed. All trademark rights, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application remains as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time. If charges are introduced, the Service Provider will provide clear notice to users.
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by users to deliver the service. Users are responsible for managing access to their devices and the Application. The Service Provider does not recommend bypassing device software restrictions or operating system limitations through jailbreaking or rooting, as such actions may expose devices to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction or stop working altogether.

Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or other damages resulting from bugs, system errors, or other technical issues in the Application. Users understand and agree that they are responsible for safeguarding and backing up important data.
Service Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. To continue using the Application, users may need to download updates. The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the Application without prior notice. Upon termination, any rights and licenses granted to users will be revoked, and users must stop using and delete the Application from their devices.
Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. It is recommended that users review this page regularly. Changes to the Terms will be announced by posting the new Terms on this page. These Terms take effect on November 26, 2024.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the easyrentlist app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), created by Park Jian (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is offered “as is.”

Data Retention

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating the new Privacy Policy on this page. This policy takes effect on November 26, 2024.

애플리케이션은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용자가 서비스 제공자에게 제공한 개인 데이터를 저장 및 처리합니다. 사용자는 휴대전화 및 애플리케이션에 대한 접근 권한을 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 기기의 소프트웨어 제한을 제거하거나 운영 체제의 제한을 우회하는 “탈옥(jailbreaking)” 또는 “루팅(rooting)” 작업을 권장하지 않습니다. 이러한 작업은 기기를 악성 소프트웨어, 바이러스 또는 악의적인 프로그램에 노출시킬 수 있으며, 기기의 보안 기능을 손상시키고 애플리케이션이 올바르게 작동하지 않거나 전혀 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
