Discover is a tool that helps users explore the data they need in a more detailed way and easily find the information they need. This feature consists of titles, descriptions, tags (keywords), and filters, and is designed to help users find the information they want faster and more efficiently. When developing the Discover feature, there were three main requirements that had to be met: 1. Provide diverse datasets: To allow users to explore diverse datasets tailored to specific industries or trends, a large number of datasets had to be provided beyond the existing featured list. 2. Improved understanding of the filter function: The Discover function is designed to make it easy for users to understand how to use the filter while still allowing them to use the provided list. This allows users to more easily understand the filter function of DeepSales and fine-tune the data to their needs. 3. Fast and intuitive user experience: We needed an intuitive interface that would allow users to quickly navigate and easily apply the information they want. How to use the Discover feature: A quick and intuitive guide to exploring your data Using the Discover feature is simple. 1. Start exploring When you click the Discover function on the main screen, a list of various datasets appears. You can check the overview of each dataset through the title, description, and tags (keywords). 2. Check the list After selecting the desired dataset, click the "Prospecting now" button and a list will appear on the screen that matches the title you selected. This list consists of high-quality leads carefully selected based on the content and filters of the dataset.

DeepSales 2.5: AI-based Prospecting feature upgrade DeepSales has released version 2.5, improving the Prospecting function and adding AI recommendation function to make it easier for users to find the data they want. To address the existing inconveniences, the new system had to satisfy the following requirements: 1. Simultaneous keyword search and filter application: Users should be able to apply filters while entering keywords. This should allow for more refined and detailed searches. 2. AI-based personalized industry group recommendations: Keyword-based AI recommendations should cover more industries and suggest personalized industries that match the user’s search intent. 3. Fast and intuitive user experience: Provide an intuitive interface that allows users to easily apply filters recommended by AI after keyword search, so that users do not have to go through unnecessary steps. The newly improved DeepSales Prospecting feature is designed to allow keyword search and filter application on the main screen at the same time. After entering a keyword, the user can select the industry group recommended by AI in the filter section located on the left panel. At this time, AI analyzes the keyword and suggests three related filters, and the user can apply these filters by clicking the 'Add to Filter' button. How to use: From keyword research to personalized lead generation 1. Enter keyword: Enter the keyword you want in the search box on the main screen. For example, if you enter the keyword you want, such as 'car', 'cosmetics', or 'kimchi', the AI will immediately analyze the industry group related to that keyword. 2. Apply Filter: After entering a keyword, you can see three filters recommended by AI under the ‘Filter’ section on the left panel. Select the recommended filter you want and click ‘Add to Filter’. Personas are designed to help users quickly navigate to the data they need through a structured system that includes titles, descriptions, tags (keywords), and advanced expert filters. Now, with Persona filters, you can find the data you want faster and more accurately. Increase lead generation efficiency with persona filters Persona filters work by saving the filters that users have selected and automatically applying them when they select them. This not only reduces the repetitive work of setting up filters, but also allows for more efficient and customized lead generation. How to Use Personas: Make Lead Generation Easier 1. Find your persona You can easily implement the persona feature in the DeepSales platform. First, go to the Prospecting section and select the Persona tab. Here, you can create a custom persona through the ‘Create Persona’ option to refine the search and filtering process. 2. Create a persona To create a persona, first set a name, then select a relevant business industry from the drop-down menu. Next, enter important keywords, such as ‘Sales Manager’ (job title) and ‘United Kingdom’ (country). Finally, we recommend running a sophisticated search by setting up four filters: Department, Job Title, and Region. This will allow you to tailor your persona to specific criteria, allowing for effective and precise filtering. 3. Manage and add personas The created personas can be added or deleted as needed. You can create a new persona by selecting 'Add Persona', and you can modify or delete an existing persona through 'Manage Persona'. By managing multiple personas in this way, you can effectively filter according to various lead generation situations. 4. Apply Persona When you select a persona, the filters set for that persona are automatically applied, and matching prospects or contacts are displayed on the screen. Once a persona is set, it can be recalled and used at any time, saving you the trouble of setting up new filters every time.
